Be respectful, don't abuse the service, and have fun with your tabletop games. We provide the tools; you bring the creativity.

Using RPG World

By using RPG World, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your password secure
  • Be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • Use the service for its intended purpose: managing tabletop RPG characters and campaigns

Acceptable Use

You may use RPG World to:

  • Create and manage character sheets for supported game systems
  • Organize campaigns and session notes
  • Reference game rules and content
  • Share characters and campaigns with your gaming group

Prohibited Use

You may not use RPG World to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
  • Distribute spam or malware
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your characters, campaigns, and other content you create
  • License: You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you upload
  • Backup: While we maintain backups, we recommend keeping your own copies of important content

Game Content

RPG World includes reference material from various tabletop roleplaying games. This content is provided under the Open Game License (OGL) or similar open licenses where applicable. Original game content remains the property of its respective publishers.

Pathfinder and Starfinder are registered trademarks of Paizo Inc. Dungeons & Dragons is a registered trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Disclaimer

RPG World is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or inability to access your content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
